My back is killing me...

My back is always a problem for me since I grew up. When I was younger I was frolicsome. I was a leader to my playmates to play far from our house. We build a little house where we can sleep, cook, do some laundry or doing stuff like the real one, and each one of us doing our individual duty. We are so happy living that little moment.
We play hide and seek most of the time. My playmates are my cousins and neighbors. One day when we play hide and seek I was hiding in the curtain not knowing that there was a hole down below. Upon my step. I grabbed one of my playmates and we both fell all the way straight to the hole.
I never tell my parents about what happened because I know my father will get angry and he might spunk me. I didn't know that my right arm was dislocated I just knew it when I raise when I'm preparing to get ready for bed that I can't raise my arm and in pain...still I didn't tell my father.

Crying

Crying is an expression if we are frustrated or happy.
It is an emotion that is hard to control.
It is also a sign when we are frustrated or happy.
It is our way of easing pain.

We cry because we want to release our emotions 

Not because we are weak or a loser.
There are many reasons why we cry...
we cry for sympathy
we cry for our problems
we cry for no reasons
we cry for others

We cry because we want to cry...

Think everyday is an OPPORTUNITY...

Every day is really an opportunity where God gives us life to live. It is our life that matters in our daily activity. Our life is designed to fight our ups and down- trials so to speak. Because without trials we can't see the opportunity to grow and become mature.
Opportunity does not only for carrier or love life or family. Opportunity comes from how we are going to handle our life, to become successful in any aspect. I understand there is no perfect life because we are vulnerable in so many ways.
Many of us forget the opportunity of time...a time to spend with our loved ones, with our peers and the opportunity for new acquaintances and the opportunity of re-assessing our selves.

As they say "opportunity knocks only once"
