Before I came to the United Kingdom, I prepared myself: physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I know it is not easy to be away. There are a lot of things to consider, and I think that being humble and considerate could help make the transition smooth. I tried the best I could for myself to be able to fit into the surroundings that I have been in. However, there are things that did not work according to plan.
I am shocked, to be honest, because uncertainty makes me shiver like I am inside the big cold tub wrapping myself in so that it won't feel anything hard.
It is my first time traveling out of the country. And the preparation I underwent to get the job done was not easy. It's like a roller coaster turning and rolling up and down. Sometimes I lose hope. Despite all my prayers to uplift my spirit. I never stop praying and asking God to grant my request/s.
God never leaves me nor for sake me; he listens to my heart and the desire to see how needy I am for that. There are no words to say, even thank you is not enough for all the blessings he poured me. I could never imagine how lucky I am. God put me in the right place that not everyone can have. Everybody dreams of coming to work, study, or visiting. One thing I am certain of is that God works mysteriously. He will bless you more than what you asked for, making your eyes roll surprisingly wide shut. His surprise is unbelievable and very amazing. Well, until now, I am still amazed. I am still wondering how this happened and how this became possible. What I can say, Hold on to your dreams and believe in yourself always.
I am blessed, but God still reminds me every time I am out of the truck or in line. His constant reminders, I believe, are a kind of love and to know that God is there all the time.
